Vital Brokers arranges bridging and mortgage finance for property professionals across the UK.
We built the business around a simple observation: most deals do not fall over because the money is not there. They fall over because nobody moved fast enough.
Why we exist
We exist to get our clients' finance secured properly, not just quickly. That means understanding what you're actually trying to achieve, running the process professionally from first enquiry to completion, and managing the lender relationship on your behalf so you're not the one chasing valuers and solicitors. Speed matters, deadlines don't wait, but speed without proper service just moves the same problems faster. We do both.
Bridging finance
If you're buying at auction, refurbishing before you refinance, raising capital against something you already own to get to the next deal, it's all the same principle: get the money in place fast enough that the opportunity doesn't disappear while you're waiting on paperwork. We'll source the market for you with speed and efficiency, and work towards your goal.
Mortgages
We start by understanding the case properly, the property, the structure, whether it's held personally or through a company, what you're actually trying to achieve. From there we go to the lenders on our panel who are the right fit for that specific case, not a generic shortlist, and come back with real options to compare. Once you've chosen, we manage the application through to offer, keeping the lender, valuer and solicitors moving so nothing stalls without you knowing why.
